Change Subscription Plan

From web or app you can change your subscription plan to enable more features, only from web can you downgrade. Not all your Organizations need to have the same subscription plan.

Web

Go into Organizations section.

  • Log into your web account.
  • Click on your user profile icon, on your upper right.
  • Go into Subscriptions
  • Click on Go PRO next to the Organization you wish to upgrade.
    • You can create or delete an organization
    • or you can editit’s details.
  • Follow the steps shown …
    • If had subscribed before *, just confirm the change.
    • If it’s the first time you subscribe, you’ll be asked for your payment details.
      * You can update your payment method in My Account section.

App

  • Go into the side menu and click on Active Organization.
  • Click on Go PRO next to the Organization you wish to upgrade.
  • Follow the steps shown …
    • If had subscribed before *, just confirm the change.
