Cancellation and Refund policy
Here we let you know what are the policies and procedures to request and obtain a subscription cancelation and payment refund.
Subscription plan cancelations can be made at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled by the account owner from the web dasboard by entering into Subscriptions or Organizations section in https://app.bitacora.io/organizations o by emailing support a cancelation request at email@example.com from the account’s owner registered email address.
Subscription owners can receive a full 100% refund on a paid subscription if requested within 48 hours after payment.
Account owner just needs to email requesting a refund to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org from the account’s owner registered email address.
